Stripping Buffer
TOOLS Stripping Buffer 1x is suitable for removing primary and secondary antibodies from membrane bound proteins that were detected with chemiluminescent substrates or radio-isotopic signals. The stripped blot is able to be re-probed with new antibodies. This product is not recommended for Western blots that use Chloronaphthol (4-CN), TMB and DAB as substrates.
